1. Returns and Refunds

2. Return Period
You have the right to return products purchased from us within 14 days of delivery, starting from the day you receive the goods. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

- Be in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Not have been installed or used (except for inspection purposes)
- Be returned within the specified return period

5. Return Shipping

6. Refund Process

9. Installation Services
If you have arranged installation services through us and wish to cancel:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before scheduled installation: Full refund
- Cancellation within 48 hours: May be subject to a cancellation fee
- If installation has commenced, refund will be prorated based on work completed
